Affiliate disclosure
Farma360 earns a commission from suppliers when an order is placed through this site. This page explains exactly how that works, because you should know it before you order rather than after.
The arrangement, plainly
Farma360 is a catalogue and an ordering front end. We do not manufacture the products, we do not import them, we do not hold stock, we do not employ the call centre, and we do not deliver anything. Each product listed here is supplied by a third party that serves the Kenyan market.
When you submit an order form, your name and phone number go to that supplier's call centre. If the order is confirmed on the call and completed on delivery, the supplier pays us a commission. If you decline the order on the phone or refuse the parcel at the door, we are paid nothing.
What this does not change
It does not change the price you pay. The commission comes out of the supplier's margin, not added to your total, and the price shown here is the price the call centre quotes.
It does not change what we publish. The clearest evidence for that claim is not a promise but the pages themselves. Our prostate pages tell men to have a PSA test before buying anything. Our blood sugar pages say plainly that no supplement is a treatment for diabetes and that dietary change matters more than any capsule. Our joint pages say that strength work outperforms every product we sell. Our where-to-buy pages recommend a pharmacy counter over this site for general vitamins.
A catalogue optimised purely for commission would not publish any of that.
Why we publish the unflattering half anyway
Partly because it is the right way to sell health products, and partly because it is the only version of this business that lasts. A site that prints only the flattering half of the evidence gets one order and never sees the customer again — and eventually gets removed from search results, because that pattern is exactly what search engines are built to detect in this category.
Links to third parties
Where we mention pharmacy chains or marketplaces such as Goodlife, Haltons, Pharmaplus, Jumia or Kilimall, we have no relationship with them and earn nothing from those mentions. Those pages exist to answer a search question about availability. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Advertising standards
We do not use fabricated endorsements, invented certificates, regulator logos, named local doctors or celebrity claims. We do not use countdown timers or invented stock counts. The full standard is set out in our editorial policy.
