About Farma360 — an Online Supplements Store for Kenya

Farma360 lists dietary supplements available for delivery in Kenya, with the price you actually pay in shillings and an honest account of what each product does and does not publish about itself.

What Farma360 is

A commercial supplements catalogue built for one market. 18 products across 7 health categories, each with a page that answers the questions people actually type into a search box: what is this, what is it used for, what is in it, how much does it cost in shillings, where can I get it, and does it work.

We are a listing and ordering service, not a manufacturer, not a pharmacy and not a clinic. We do not produce the products, we do not hold stock, we do not dispense medicines, and we do not employ clinicians. When you place an order here, your details reach the supplier's call centre for Kenya, an agent confirms the order with you by phone, and the supplier ships it.

What Farma360 is not

It is not a health authority and it does not give medical advice. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Nothing on this site is a reason to change or stop medication a doctor prescribed. Medicines in Kenya are regulated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board; product standards and labelling by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).

How we decide what to list

A product goes on this site when three things are true: it is currently available for delivery in Kenya, there is a working order route with a Kenyan call centre, and there is a confirmed price in shillings. When any of those stops being true the listing comes down rather than sitting as a dead page.

We re-check supplier availability rather than trusting an old catalogue. The last review added two products that had opened for Kenya since the previous one and dropped duplicates where the same product was reachable through more than one supplier.

What we publish about composition

Only what the manufacturer publishes. 4 of our 18 products name their ingredients — Erectil, ProstCare, Easy Flex, Normatone — and those pages link to a full explainer for every named component. The rest do not publish a composition, and their pages say exactly that instead of printing a plausible-looking list.

We do not publish milligram amounts we cannot verify. We do not publish dosage schedules the manufacturer has not stated. We do not copy an ingredient list from a similarly named product. If that leaves a gap on a page, the gap is the honest answer, and we tell you to ask the call centre agent to read the label before you accept delivery.

What we refuse to publish

  • Claims that any product resolves or is a treatment for diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, prostate disease or any other condition
  • Any suggestion that a supplement lets you reduce or stop prescribed medication
  • Kilogram promises, week-by-week result charts and before-and-after transformations
  • Named doctors, celebrities or officials endorsing a product
  • Fabricated certificates, laboratory seals or regulator logos
  • Countdown timers, invented stock counts and manufactured urgency
  • Badges asserting a commenter bought the product, which we do not confirm

That list costs us conversions on several pages. The full standard is in our editorial policy.

How we make money

Farma360 earns a commission from suppliers on orders placed through this site. That is disclosed on every relevant page and set out in full in the affiliate disclosure. It also explains why we publish the unflattering half of the evidence: a catalogue that only prints the good news gets one order and never sees you again.

Contact

Questions, corrections and complaints: support@farma360.co.ke, or use the contact page. If a price or a claim on this site does not match what you were told on the phone, tell us — we would rather fix a listing than have a customer accept a wrong order.
