How to judge a supplement discount honestly

A discount is only meaningful against a price somebody actually charges. In this market the "list price" is usually the manufacturer's own published figure rather than a price commonly paid, which is why we show both numbers instead of a bare percentage — you can see exactly what is being compared.

The more useful comparison is cost per course. A pack at KSh 4,999 that lasts three weeks is more expensive per day than a pack at KSh 6,750 that lasts two months. Where a manufacturer publishes a course length we reproduce it on the product page; where they do not, ask the agent before committing to several packs.

And be sceptical of urgency. Countdown timers, stock counters claiming a handful of packs remain, and prices that expire in the next fifteen minutes are pressure tactics, not information. Nothing on this site uses them, and their presence elsewhere tells you something worth knowing about the seller.

Are these discounts real?

The lower figure is the price the supplier's Kenyan call centre quotes today; the higher one is the list price the manufacturer publishes for the same pack. We show both rather than only the discounted number, and the agent confirms the price on the call before anything is dispatched. If the amount you are quoted differs from what you see here, do not accept the order — tell us and we will re-check the listing.

How long does the launch pricing last?

We do not know, and we will not invent a countdown to make you hurry. Supplier pricing changes without notice. When it changes we update the listing rather than leaving a stale number on the page.

Is delivery included in these prices?

No. Delivery is quoted separately by the agent on the confirmation call, based on your address. We do not advertise shipping at no cost.

Do I get a bigger discount for more packs?

Supplier promotions on multiple packs exist and change frequently. Ask the agent on the call — they have the current terms, we do not publish them because they move.
