By using farma360.co.ke you accept these terms. They are written to be readable rather than impenetrable, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.
1. What this site is
Farma360 is an online catalogue of dietary supplements available in Kenya, together with a form for requesting an order. We are not a pharmacy, not a manufacturer, not an importer and not a clinic. We do not hold stock, dispense medicines, employ clinicians or operate a courier service.
2. Who the order contract is with
Submitting a form on this site is a request to be contacted, not a purchase. No order exists until you confirm it on the phone with the supplier's call centre. The resulting sale contract is between you and that supplier, who is responsible for confirming the order, dispatching it, delivering it, and for the product itself. Farma360 introduces you to that supplier and earns a commission if the order completes — see the affiliate disclosure.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and reflect what the supplier's call centre quotes at the time of publication. Supplier pricing can change without notice. The amount confirmed on the call is the amount that applies. Delivery is quoted separately on that call and is not included in the listed price.
Payment is made to the courier on delivery. Nothing is charged when you submit a form. If the amount you are quoted differs from what this site shows, do not accept the order and tell us at support@farma360.co.ke.
4. Delivery
Parcels are dispatched by the supplier from Nairobi to addresses across Kenya. Coverage, timing and cost for your address are confirmed on the call. We do not publish delivery windows and do not guarantee any delivery date, because the courier arrangement is the supplier's, not ours.
5. Refusing or returning an order
Because payment is on delivery, you may decline a parcel at the door at no cost. Once a parcel has been paid for and opened, returns are at the supplier's discretion and under their policy — ask the agent about it on the confirmation call if it matters to you. We will assist in contacting a supplier about a problem order, but we cannot compel a refund on their behalf.
6. Product information
We publish what the manufacturer publishes, and state plainly where they publish nothing. We do not invent ingredient amounts or dosage schedules. The label on the pack you receive is the authoritative source for composition and directions; if it differs from this site, follow the pack and tell us so we can correct the listing.
7. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing listed here is a medicine. See the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything published here.
8. Acceptable use
Do not submit false details, do not use automated tools to submit forms, and do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site. We may block access where this happens. Content on this site is ours or our licensors'; you may quote and link to it with attribution, but not republish it wholesale.
9. Availability and limitations
We make no guarantee that the site is available without interruption or free of error, and we update listings as supplier availability changes. To the extent permitted by law, Farma360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law, including your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions and complaints: support@farma360.co.ke or the contact page. Medicines in Kenya are regulated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board; product standards by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
