What we can help with
- A price or claim on this site that does not match what you were told on the phone. Tell us and we will re-check the listing. This is the most useful message you can send us.
- A correction to any page. If something here is wrong, out of date or misleading, we want to know. Include the page address.
- A product that arrived wrong, or did not arrive. We will pass it to the supplier and follow up, though the supplier holds the order record and the courier relationship.
- A question about what we publish and why. Composition gaps, missing dosage schedules, why a page says to see a doctor — ask.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and we will not tell you whether a supplement is right for your condition. A pharmacist can check a label against your medication in a minute, free, at any Kenyan pharmacy counter.
- Changing an order after it is confirmed. The supplier's call centre holds the order. The agent who called you is the person who can change it.
- Dosage advice. Where a manufacturer publishes a schedule we reproduce it exactly. Where they do not, we will not invent one, and neither should anyone else.
If your order has not been confirmed
A call usually comes within working hours the same day, and by the next working day at the latest. If two working days pass with no call, submit the form again — a number occasionally arrives incomplete, and a resubmission is faster than chasing it.
Reporting a product problem
If you believe a supplement is unsafe, counterfeit or falsely labelled, stop taking it, keep the pack, and report it to the Pharmacy and Poisons Board or the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS). Tell us too, with the batch number if the pack has one, and we will suspend the listing while we check with the supplier.
