Why an ingredient list matters more than a claim
A marketing claim tells you what a seller wants you to believe. An ingredient list tells you what is in the capsule, and it is the only part of a supplement page that can be independently checked — by you, by a pharmacist, by anyone.
That is why we built a page for every ingredient in our range rather than a paragraph of adjectives. Each one states plainly what the evidence supports and where it is thin, because a supplement store that only publishes the flattering half of the research is not giving you information, it is giving you copy.
