ProstCare is a herbal food supplement for prostate and male urogenital wellness, and it is the one product in this category where the manufacturer publishes what is actually inside: saw palmetto, green tea, lycopene and curcumin. That matters more than the price, and the price is already the lowest in the category at 4,999 KSh. Saw palmetto is a lipid extract of Serenoa repens berries, rich in fatty acids and phytosterols, and it is the most-studied botanical in men's urinary health — with genuinely mixed trial results, which we say plainly on its own page.
Lycopene is the red carotenoid from tomatoes that concentrates in prostate tissue, and the observational association between tomato-rich diets and prostate health outcomes is what put it in formulas like this one. Green tea contributes catechin polyphenols, and curcumin the principal curcuminoid from turmeric — both included for antioxidant support.
Taken together this is a coherent, conventional prostate formula rather than an exotic one. Without published amounts we cannot tell you how strong it is, and without that, sensible expectations are essential. The manufacturer does not publish a dosage schedule for ProstCare in the materials available to us. Follow the directions printed on the pack you receive, do not exceed the stated daily amount, and take it with food if it unsettles your stomach — curcumin and green tea extract are both gentler that way.
