Not without asking your doctor. Epimedium (horny goat weed) contains icariin, which acts on the same enzyme as prescription erectile medicines, and combining that mechanism with nitrate medication is dangerous. This is the most important warning on this page.
Tongkat ali has been studied in men with low baseline testosterone with some positive findings; maca specifically did not change testosterone in the trials that measured it. The product should not be described as a testosterone treatment.
