This page exists to do one thing: take a ProstCare order in Kenya without making you scroll. Your name and number go to the supplier's call centre, an agent rings you back to confirm the address and the total including delivery, and you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged now.

What happens after you press the button
Your details reach a person
The form sends only your name and number. No order exists yet and nothing is charged — this is a request for a call, not a purchase.
An agent calls you
Usually the same working day. They confirm the delivery address, how many packs you want, and the total amount including the courier charge.
The parcel is dispatched
Only after you confirm on the call. It leaves Nairobi in plain packaging with nothing on the outside describing the contents.
You pay on arrival
Cash to the courier at your door. If something is wrong with the parcel, you can inspect it and decline before paying.
Before you confirm on the call
Two minutes of questions on that call are worth more than any amount of reading beforehand, because the agent has the physical pack in front of them and we do not. These are the things worth asking, in order of usefulness.
- Ask them to read the label. We publish the named ingredients the manufacturer states, but not the amounts — the pack may carry more detail.
- Ask for the total, itemised. Pack price plus delivery, stated as one number, so there is no surprise when the courier arrives.
- Ask about the expiry date and batch number. Both should be on the pack. A pack without a batch number is a reason to decline.
- Ask what happens if you refuse the parcel. Get the answer before delivery day rather than at the door.
- Mention any medication you take. The agent is not a pharmacist, but the answer tells you how the supplier handles that question — and you can take the label to a pharmacy counter yourself.
If you would rather read first
This page is deliberately short. The full write-up — what ProstCare is used for, what the manufacturer does and does not publish about it, the symptoms that need a doctor instead, and the comments buyers have sent us — lives on the ProstCare product page.
If you are still comparing, the prostate support category lists everything else we carry in the same area, with prices side by side, and the guide to reading a supplement label covers what to look for when the pack is finally in your hand.
Ordering ProstCare — practical questions
What happens right after I submit this ProstCare order form?
Nothing is charged and nothing ships automatically. Your name and number reach the supplier's call centre for Kenya, an agent calls you back, and the order is only created once you confirm the address, the quantity and the total on that call.
How soon will someone call me?
Usually within working hours on the same day, and by the next working day at the latest. Call centres for these suppliers typically operate morning to evening, with reduced hours on Sunday. If nobody has called within two working days, submit the form again — a number occasionally arrives incomplete.
Can I order for someone else — a parent or a spouse?
Yes, and it is common. Give the number the agent should call and be ready to confirm the delivery address for the person receiving it. If the recipient will be paying the courier, make sure they know the amount before delivery day.
Which parts of Kenya can this be delivered to?
Parcels dispatch from Nairobi to addresses across the country, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Machakos and smaller towns. The agent confirms whether your specific area is covered, how long it takes and what the courier charge is — we do not publish delivery windows we cannot verify.
How much is delivery?
The agent quotes it on the confirmation call, before dispatch. We do not advertise shipping at no cost and we do not publish a flat rate, because the cost depends on the destination and the courier used.
What if I change my mind before it arrives?
Tell the agent when they call, or decline the parcel at the door. Because payment is on delivery, refusing an undelivered parcel costs you nothing. Once you have paid and opened the pack, returns are at the supplier's discretion — ask about their policy on the call if it matters to you.
Why do you only ask for a name and a phone number?
Because that is all that is needed to call you back. The address is taken on the call rather than typed into a web form, which keeps this page short and means your address is not sitting in a form submission. We do not ask for card details, an ID number or an email at any point.
Is my number used for anything else?
It is passed to the supplier's call centre to confirm this order. It is not sold, and we do not run marketing SMS from this site. See the privacy policy for the full statement.
