Ultra Clean Detox is a herbal digestive formula sold in Kenya at 6,750 KSh, half of 13,500 KSh. It is a food supplement for digestive comfort — not an antiparasitic medicine, and not a substitute for a stool test. Order with a name and phone number, confirm by call, and pay on delivery.
Ultra Clean Detox is a herbal food supplement in the digestive cleanse category, supplied for the Kenyan market at 6,750 KSh. It is marketed in this segment around parasites and cleansing, and the honest version of what that means needs stating before anything else.
A food supplement is not an antiparasitic medicine. Intestinal worms are genuinely common in parts of Kenya, they are genuinely diagnosable with a stool test at any clinic, and confirmed infections are treated with specific prescribed medication that targets the organism found. A herbal capsule bought online does none of that, and using one instead of a test means you may spend weeks treating a problem you do not have while the real cause goes unexamined.
What this product legitimately is: a herbal formula for digestive comfort and general wellness. That is a modest, reasonable thing for a supplement to be, and it is the basis on which we list it.
Ultra Clean Detox is used as a herbal food supplement supporting digestive comfort and general wellness. The honest positioning: support for general digestive comfort as part of everyday habits that include water, fibre and food handled hygienically.
A herbal formula taken as a course. Not an organ cleanse — your liver and kidneys already do that job continuously without assistance.
Fits alongside the things that genuinely protect digestion: clean water, washed produce, cooked meat, hand hygiene.
If you suspect parasites, the correct first step is a stool test. It is inexpensive, available at Kenyan clinics, and it tells you what is actually there.
We explain what a herbal cleanse is and is not before selling you one. That is unusual in this category and deliberate.
No preparation, no fasting protocol, no complicated regimen to abandon by week two.

The manufacturer describes Ultra Clean Detox as a herbal cleanse formula. They do not publish which botanicals, in what amounts, so no mechanism can be described honestly and we do not build one.
The word "detox" deserves an accurate explanation, since it does most of the selling in this category. The body already has a detoxification system: the liver processes compounds, the kidneys filter blood, the gut and lungs clear the rest. No capsule switches that on, and a healthy liver does not need a product to do its job. What a herbal formula realistically offers is digestive comfort, plant compounds and, in some formulations, fibre.
Prevention is where the real returns are in Kenya, and it costs nothing. Boiled or treated drinking water. Hands washed before eating. Fruit and vegetables washed in clean water. Meat and fish cooked through. Shoes outdoors where soil transmission is a risk. Those measures prevent far more than any cleanse resolves, which is exactly why Kenya's public health programmes are built around them.
The manufacturer does not publish a named ingredient list, amounts or a pack size for Ultra Clean Detox in the materials available to us. Herbal cleanse formulas vary widely in what they contain, and some traditional cleanse botanicals are not suitable in pregnancy or alongside certain medications. Ask the call centre agent to read the label before accepting delivery.
If a full ingredient list matters to your decision, these products in our range do publish one: Erectil, ProstCare, Easy Flex, Normatone, Kensei, Ayumi, Hikari.
No dosage schedule is published by the manufacturer for Ultra Clean Detox. Follow the directions on the pack you receive, do not exceed the stated daily amount, and complete the course length stated rather than taking it indefinitely. Drink plenty of water while taking any digestive formula.
The listed price is KSh 6,750 per pack, against a manufacturer list price of KSh 13,500. That is the figure the supplier's Kenyan call centre quotes today, in shillings, with no currency conversion at the door.
It is not the whole total. Delivery is quoted separately by the agent on the confirmation call, based on your address, and we do not publish a flat rate or advertise shipping at no cost because the cost genuinely varies between Nairobi and an upcountry town. Ask for the total itemised — pack price plus courier charge, stated as one number — so nothing is a surprise when the rider arrives.
No product in this category publishes a full composition, Ultra Clean Detox included. That is a genuine gap, and it means the label on the pack is the only place that information exists — ask the agent to read it before you accept delivery.

I went for a stool test first as this page said. It was negative, so I took this for the bloating instead. That advice saved me from treating the wrong thing.

Digestion is more settled. I also started drinking more water, which the page kept emphasising.

The explanation of what detox actually means is the most honest thing I have read on a site that sells the product.

Ordered for general wellness rather than any problem. Delivery in three days, paid on arrival.

Straightforward pack, straightforward to take every day. I take it with breakfast and I have had no problems with it at all over the course.

A food supplement is not an antiparasitic medicine and should not be presented as one. If you suspect intestinal parasites, get a stool test at a clinic. Confirmed infections are treated with prescribed medication targeting the specific organism.
A healthy liver detoxifies continuously without assistance. Herbal formulas in this category are sold for general digestive comfort, not to clean an organ that is already doing its job.
6,750 KSh per pack, half the 13,500 KSh list price. Delivery is confirmed separately by the agent on the call.
The manufacturer does not publish an ingredient list, so we do not print one. This matters more than usual here, because some traditional cleanse botanicals are unsuitable in pregnancy. Ask the agent to read the label first.
Follow the course length stated on the pack rather than taking it indefinitely. If digestive symptoms persist beyond a few weeks, see a clinician — persistent symptoms deserve a diagnosis, not a repeat purchase.
Through the order form on this page. It is supplier-direct and is not stocked by Kenyan pharmacy chains.
